Walton International was founded in July 2015 by Toby D’Arcy, who is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has been practicing in commercial real estate for over 16 years.

Toby, a graduate of Oxford Brookes University, started his career at Cushman & Wakefield (Formerly Healey & Baker) in office agency, diversifying into Investment advisory at Colliers International and latterly Mūller, before launching Walton International UK Ltd.

Walton International has experience on advising clients on the leasing of commercial real estate both within and outside central London.

Our clients include ultra high net worth individuals, property companies, pension funds, banks & developers, with a significant number of these clients being based or having links with Europe and Asia.
